Good location and realistic prices. For dinner we chose Cafe des Brancardiers, that was 400 metres from the hotel.

hotel is very clean. plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like le carrefour cafe that was only 5 minutes' walk away. this venue is a brilliant place for a trip in lourdes.

I stayed the hotel for 2 nights with my wife and 2 young children.We stayed in a triple room with very basic aminities - only luxuary was a wall mounted19-20 inch flat screen TV with 20+ channels. The room and toilet was seen clean but there was no kettle or drinking water available in our room. The location was good as the Hotel was not so far from the Grotto. A very basic hotel for one or two nights, but the next time we would stay somewhere else ! Thanks

The staff is friendly and always ready to help.
The heater in my room was not working!! The staff tried to help but in vain. I was also partly to be blamed because i was too lazy to move once i settled in.

The location and the fact that the staff was very helpful and spoke several languages:french, english,spanish.
The internet did not work as expected, unable to connect in the room in the morning - they run out of everything for breakfast and they did not replenish enough quantity for everyone having breakfast that morning.

Warm welcome, very easy to locate and accessible to Lourdes. Excellent comfortable hotel, Would go again and recommend to friends.

I was pleasantly surprised by how big the room was for what we paid. Jacuzzi was nice too. And only 5 minutes walking to the basilica.

Staff were quite helpful and readily attended to our queries and need. Location is reasonable close to the Sanctuary. Room was clean and reasonably sized.
The shower has no curtain or door to keep the water in during shower. WiFi did not work in the room, but execellent in the lobby. Communication has some room for improvement, as kitchen staff got mixed up for the last day of our stay, and had not prepared our dinner setting until we showed up. We eventually got the dinner, but the quality and quantity were different from the other nights. The biggest problem for us is the smoking area the hotel sets for the smokers on the foyer just outside one of the hotel entrances, around the corner from the hotel resturant. We are non-smokers and don't like second-handed smoke, but yet we breathed the smoke just about every day during breakfast and dinner, even though we got our seating changed.

The night staff could not speak english. Wifi was out of order. This hotel is for group and not recommeded.

Staff are courteous and tried to meet what we requested,
No shower curtains n time wasted having to mop bath floor with loo rolls, hot water on n off, heating in room requested nightly basis, breakfast- bread rolls not all tht fresh,overiped fruits placed there for 5days. limited in choice, warm water for tea making n staff nt around to make sure enough hot water. for everyone. Placed name seating yet someone ate at our table n not supervised by staff till we notified them..A bit disappointing for mature visitors though some staff are quite friendly and helpful.
