Direct access to the sanctuary, scenic views of the hills, strong WiFi access
Awful sound insulation between rooms!!! Frequent elevator availability issues during busy hours!!! The distance to the parking area makes it inconvenient for those with luggage!!! A lack of designated common areas leaves little space for relaxation!!! Room furnishings feel outdated!!!

Consider using the private lift for direct sanctuary access. it saves time and offers a unique experience.

the experience at angelic was more of a nightmare than an oasis. no sound insulation meant I could hear everything, including showers and guests partying. they definitely should have upgraded my room for the chaos. breakfast cut off at 9 was absolutely absurd for travelers. I almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Single Room. The place was spotlessly clean, and the beds were super comfy. The WiFi was great, and I appreciated the English news on TV. The staff were super helpful and welcoming, especially Cathy at the front desk. Good value for the price!

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The buffet dinners were a hit with our group, offering plenty of options. The private lift made it easy to head to the Grotto, and we enjoyed local hikes and a nearby restaurant. Staff were helpful, and the location felt peaceful but close to everything we wanted to see.
One issue we faced was the lack of air conditioning control. The front desk didn't assist much when we asked about it, which made for an uncomfortable night.

A group of us enjoyed our time, especially the buffet dinners that offered a variety of options and were great for our large gathering. The staff demonstrated a remarkable level of attentiveness, particularly the front desk, who assisted with various requests, making our experience smoother. However, limited designated areas for downtime made it less comfortable for larger groups, and access to the parking area is somewhat inconvenient with luggage.

Recommend it for solo travelers
The staff were incredibly accommodating. they even arranged gluten-free breakfast items for my son, which was a pleasant surprise. The view from my room on the 6th floor was breathtaking,, watching the lighted cross on the hill at night was surreal.
It wasn’t exactly cheap,, but considering the attention received, it felt acceptable.

The stay at Angelic was overall positive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind after work. The location is excellent, nestled on a small hill with a lift for easy access, close to the Lourdes Sanctuary. Parking is straightforward with the provided map, and the distance from the center allows for a quieter ambiance while still being within walking distance of all major attractions.
The breakfast is a bit pricey compared to nearby options.

I loved how comfortable the room was with air conditioning and large beds, making it a cozy retreat after a long day, and the free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus! The hotel offers great relaxation spots like a lovely lounge area and a small garden where you can unwind. The only downside was the limited breakfast selection, but overall, it was a good stay! 😊

great staff , but limited breakfast options
The staff demonstrated remarkable attentiveness and genuinely aimed to assist guests. I appreciated the help from the young man at the front desk who took the time to help me with my phone issues. The location was fantastic, especially with the private lift leading to the main attractions nearby. Additionally, the young girl serving in the dining room added warmth and kindness to our meals, making them enjoyable.
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, which left something to be desired for the start of my day.
